Part time Residential Specialist (Sat & Sun 9am-3pm)

Residential Specialists serve as a mentor and teacher by helping adult men and women who are developmentally disabled make connections in their community, learn new skills, exercise choices and achieve their life goals. We are looking for people to join our talented and enthusiastic team of caring people, dedicated to our mission to improve the quality of life of the individuals we serve.

This is hands on work that requires you to assist with all areas including personal hygiene, medication administration, daily household chores and support in the community. NJADB provides specialized, paid training for all employees to ensure that each team member has the tools needed to perform responsibilities.

Pay rate is $11.00 per hour for the 9am-3pm shifts on Saturday & Sunday.
Shifts available in the Central & Southern Regions

Central Region=must be able to work in Somerset, Bound Brook, Piscataway, and Somerville
Southern Region=must be able to work in East Brunswick, Plainsboro and West Long Branch

Requirements:

Valid NJ Drivers License in good standing;
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
