Residential Specialist Early Morning Shift (Part Time)

Residential Specialists serve as a mentor and teacher by helping adult men and women who are developmentally disabled make connections in their community, learn new skills, exercise choices and achieve their life goals. We are looking for people to join our talented and enthusiastic team of caring people, dedicated to our mission to improve the quality of life of the individuals we serve.

This is hands on work that requires you to assist with all areas including personal hygiene, medication administration, daily household chores and support in the community. NJADB provides specialized, paid training for all employees to ensure that each team member has the tools needed to perform their job responsibilities.

Pay rate is $11.00 per hour.

Shifts available: 7am-9am Monday-Friday or 6am-10am Monday-Friday, hours depend on program needs within the Central Region

Central Region=must be able to work in Somerset, Bound Brook, Piscataway, and Somerville

Requirements: 

Valid New Jersey Driver's License in good standing; minimum of high school diploma/GED/equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
