Critical Co-Worker

Employment Services Critical Co-workers serve as a coach and teacher by helping adult men and women who are developmentally disabled make connections in their community, learn new skills, exercise choices and achieve their life goals and learn work readiness skills in a vocational setting.
You will assist individuals with contract work, volunteer activities, recreational activities & job coaching. We are looking for people to join our talented and enthusiastic team of caring people, dedicated to our mission to improve the quality of life of the individuals we serve.
This is hands on work that requires you to assist with all areas including personal hygiene, medication administration, daily chores and support in the community. NJADB provides specialized, paid training for all employees to ensure that each team member has the tools needed to perform responsibilities.
Salary is $9.75 per hour
Part time and Full Time shifts available:
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Requirements:
Valid NJ Drivers License in good standing
High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree Preferred
ASL skills preferred, but will train
