Residential Specialists serve as a mentor and teacher by helping adult men and women who are developmentally disabled make connections in their community, learn new skills, exercise choices and achieve their life goals. This is hands on work that requires you to assist with all areas including personal hygiene, medication administration, daily household chores and support in the community. NJADB provides specialized, paid training for all employees to ensure that each team member has the tools needed to perform responsibilities.

Salary is $11.00 per hour for 3pm-11pm shifts Mon-Fri & $12.50 per hour for 3pm-11pm shifts on Sat & Sun.

Full time residential specialist must work a 40 hour per week schedule. Full time employees are offered excellent medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life insurance and generous paid time off after first 3 months of service.

3pm-11pm 5 days a week (to include either Saturday or Sunday) shifts available at the following locations: Somerset, Piscataway, Somerville, Bound Brook, West Long Branch
