Seeking candidates with strong leadership and excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and problem solve. Responsible for the supervision and development of staff and the well being of the individuals residing in the group home.

Job duties include scheduling, training and supervising a team of residential specialists; coordinating the medical appointments of the individuals served; identifying & scheduling recreation activities based on the individual's preferences and ensuring that each individual has opportunities to participate in their community on a regular basis. This position involves hands on work that requires you to assist with all areas including personal hygiene, medication administration, daily household chores and support in the community.

This is a full time positon that requires a flexible schedule and being on call. Positions available in Somerville and Plainsboro.

Salary is $30,000 to $35,000 per year
